The Casper-Natrona County Health Department has announced its schedule for flu and pneumonia vaccine clinics for this year. The Health Department recommends that everyone receive flu vaccines, especially the high risk populations of children younger than 5, those older than 65, people with chronic medical conditions and pregnant women.
Children ages 6 months to 3 years and Medicaid patients will not be able to get their shots at a public clinic and must go to Health Department to receive their vaccines. Medicare patients must have their medical cards at the clinic in order to receive reimbursement.
Flu shots cost $15 and pneumonia shots cost $35. Attend one of the public clinics below or call the Health Department at (307) 235-9340 to make an appointment to receive a flu shot.
