Winehouse, ex hubby's 'Vegas wedding plans in jeopardy'

Amy Winehouse's plans to remarry former jailbird husband Blake Fielder-Civil in Las Vegas are at risk of running into trouble with American immigration chiefs, it has emerged.

US Embassy officials in London may grill the Brit singer's ex to reach a decision on his US entry following his 2008 conviction for grievous bodily harm, which landed him a jail sentence.

Immigration sources claimed it is "highly unlikely" that Blake would be given a go ahead.

"Anyone convicted of a serious violent
offence will be given short shrift when it comes to trying to enter the States," the Daily Star quoted a source as saying.

"It does not matter about his plans for getting married in Las Vegas. US immigration chiefs are extremely scrupulous when it comes to serious
    misdemeanours.

"Blake is going to have serious trouble getting back into the States. They don't like violent criminals, to say the least. It's not a definite 'no' as all cases are considered on their merits but it does not look good," the source added. (ANI)
